| PERSONALIZED QUOTATION : |
| You will receive after 8 days sm6e compiling the free pre-consultation form, an indicative quotation comprehensive of: the requested surgical intervention fees, the costs of the stay according to the chosen option. |

| PREPAYMENT : |
| After receiving the reservation form, we will send you the receipt of the prepayment of 25 on the personalized quotation. In case of renounce, the prepayment cannot be refunded. |

| PAYMENT : |
| The payment (the rest of the personalized quotation) must be done within 10 days before the departure. The payment can be made by credit card, bank cheque, bank discount, or with the CRO number. |

| RISKS AND COMPLICATIONS : |
Every surgical intervention carries some risks or complications, that are always calculated. Some risks depend on the surgeon, and are avoided thanks to his experience. Others do not depend on the surgeon, and are specific some interventions.
The surgeon will illustrate you all the eventual complications during the pre-operator consult. |

| RETOUCHING : |
It must be always discussed before an intervention of aesthetic surgery.
A retouching is a further step perfectionize intervention result of an intervention, |

| SURGICAL GUARANTEE : |
| In the case a retouching would be necessary or, exceptionally, there intervention, the costs (stay, recovery, doctors fees, eventual new prosthesis) linked to this intervention will be undertaken by the surgeon himself. The costs of the flight will be undertaken by Chirurgia&Vacanze. |

| RESPONSABILlTY : |
| Chirurgia & Vacanze is responsible only partly of the trip and stay. The medical side is entirely and exclusivity a matter of your surgeon and of the clinic. Every dispute relative to the medical side will be followed by the Tunisian law courts. |

| COMPLEMENT EXPENSES : |
| The bill will be calculated in relation to your order that You have signed, and it is based on the kind of accommodation and intervention You have chosen. If You want to change the formula of Your stay, or if You want to add other options, we will communicate You the sum You have to pay, and we will emit another bill for complementary expenses. |

| DISMISSAL EXPENSES : |
| For every dismissal, the 10 account (for exercise costs) You have paid at the beginning be refunded: You will have to contact Your insurance to verify if the reason of Your dismissal is covered by it. |

| INSURANCE : |
| As for every travel, we give You the advice to subscribe in a travel dismissal insurance" with Europe Assistance. |
